Terms and Conditions. By purchasing one our services you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You confirm that there will be less than 10 people present including our entertainer/s in accordance with the current SA Government Directions relating to internal gatherings, and that you have an area equivalent to, or larger than, 4m2 per person present for the duration of the show. The health and safety of yourself and our entertainers is paramount. You agree to inform The Palace about the number of all attendees present for any booking, including confirmation that all guests are over 18. You further agree to afford our entertainer/s the appropriate level of respect. Entertainers reserve the right to terminate their shows and performances at any time if they feel harassed, endangered, abused or uncomfortable in any way due to you or any of your guests attitudes and behaviour, safety, lack of involvement, etc. In these rare instances, no refunds will be issued. It is the clientÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs responsibility to ensure that all guests abide by these rules and regulations. Cameras, phones, recordings, or any other recording devices are not to be used at any time. If you would like to take a photograph or video with the entertainer please ask them first. The Entertainers are not required to pose for any photos, recordings, or otherwise. If you take a recording or photo without permission of the Entertainer, the Entertainer has the right to leave the event immediately and you will not receive a refund. The Palace is a non-touching agency. The Palace does not, and will not solicit, provide, promote or engage in any escorting, prostitution, or other illegal or sexual services or acts. The services of The Palace are provided for entertainment purposes only. You declare that you are above the age of 18 and are legally permitted to purchase and view this entertainment and that as the organiser, it will be your responsibility to ensure all guests are aware of these terms and conditions and that providing false, inaccurate or misleading information may result in your booking being cancelled and you agree that no refunds will be given in these circumstances. |
