Untold: Coffee and Storytelling Sessions
An uplifting community for parents and carers to tell their unspoken truths Untold is a developing community created especially for parents and carers to share the unspoken truths of parenthood. Pam Rogers is a mother with three children - when she saw that there was no space dedicated to navigating a parenting journey through the silent terrains of special needs, she knew it needed to be created. Together with special guests, she wants to bring together all parents to safely speak their truths. So, join Pam and her colleagues in this community for an uplifting and intimate morning of raw honesty, love and positivity. Take the morning to fill up your cup, connect with like-minded carers and share our universal stories. With morning tea grazing stations and beautiful coffee and high-quality teas, this will be a warming experience to come together with likeminded parents and carers to be heard. A bit about Pam Rogers Pam is a mother of three young children and after one of her children was affected by a disability, she has experienced first-hand the difficulties of finding adequate support throughout their family journey. Founding a blog and becoming an advocate for speaking up, this storytelling session will be the first of this series led by Pam, who is a well-respected Canberra local who wants to bring you a platform to open the lines of communication.
