The night begins with Champagne on arrival, followed by a 5 course steak and seafood degustation; each course is coupled with a glass of Australian wine guaranteed to delight the palate and pair beautifully with the best produce Australia has to offer.

Once your reservation is confirmed, a pass will be provided allowing each guest access to East Circular Quay promenade on the night. The event starts at 7:00pm and concludes at 1:00am with guests welcome to enter and exit the restaurant as they wish.
