Indulge in artful decadence with Maison Perrier-Jouët’s ‘Art of the Wild’ Dessert Tasting Menu, hosted by Emporium Hotel Executive Sous Chef, Alex Norman and Sommelier Antoine Heurtier.

​Throughout the course of the evening, Alex and Antoine will create a dialogue between the art of dessert and champagne matching as guests indulge in three hand-crafted desserts paired with three flutes of Champagne Perrier-Jouët non-vintage cuvées.
