It’s your turn to relax, warm up and celebrate the Pialligo Estate Mini Festival of Whisky!

Hosted by the wonderful Phillip Jones, AKA The Martini Whisperer, you will have a night of fun, games and whisky.

Your ticket includes:

• A glass of whisky on arrival and time to mingle with other guests
• Snacks of Pialligo Estate’s award-winning Charcuterie boards
• Learn about whisky from our craft spirit expert – Phillip Jones
• Interactive games while you taste four whiskys from around the world
• A prize for the winner of the night 

At the conclusion of the session, stick around at your table, order your favourite whisky of the night from our bar in the room, purchase food off our yummy bar menu and listen to live music as you continue your whisky journey around fire pits or in the warmth at your table.

We recommend you don’t drive as the whisky tasting pours are generous and you will want to explore more of our drinks list after your session concludes. Remember we are only 10 minutes from the city!

The Essentials

Time | Tasting from 6pm to 7:30pm but stick around afterwards for live music
Cost | $60 per ticket (over 18 years old only)
Drinks| After your tastings you can purchase more whisky (or other drinks) from our bar
Ticket price includes | Pialligo Estate Smokehouse Charcuterie and an adventurous whisky tasting experience
Food | After your tastings you can purchase food from our Yummy bar menu while you listen to live music inside or sit around our fire pits outside
Location | Pialligo Estate.

Seating | When you book, please enter the name of your group (eg- "Matt's Birthday") and we will ensure that you are sitting at the same table. You can always contact us on 02 6247 6060 at any time in the lead up to the day to confirm the number and names of people at your table.
