Prepare to watch NSW get butchered on the field and get your taste of the Hindquarter before quarter time with Chef Ben King’s gourmet three course menu showcasing the best cuts of meat in a variety of dishes including a beef carpaccio from our Southern opponents (NSW), then pulled beef tacos and succulent rump steak from home grown soil (QLD), all accompanied by the ultimate State VS State, Beer VS Beer clash of a 4-hour selected beverage package featuring iconic craft beer line-up from both Balter Brewing (QLD) and Stone & Wood (NSW) that will see you through to the end of the game.
