SATURDAY 8 JUNE 11AM - 3PM $25PP Let the fun be(gin)! In honour of World Gin Day on Saturday June 8 we are throwing an epic Gin celebration with our pals at Four Pillars. Alongside a pop-up Gin bar by Four Pillars, we will be joined on the day by a number of Local and International Gin makers offering tastings of over 20 different Gins. As the name suggests, World Gin Day is dedicated to celebrating all things Gin, it’s about getting people together to drink Gin, try Gin and learn all about the spirit. Grab our Gin Tasting package for $25pp and receive a Four Pillars Gin Rare Dry G&T on arrival, a food token redeemable for your choice of item off our gourmet food menu designed by Head Chef Ben King and get ready to get your Gin sampling on as you sip and learn more from our various vendors joining us on the day. In celebration of everyone’s favourite botanical beverage we will be offering a specialty G&T menu for the month-long Gin celebrations. Choose from over twenty Gin & Tonic signature serves, from brands such as Four Pillars Gin, Manly Gin, Botanist Gin and Never Never Gin. Feeling peckish? We also have a Gin + Food menu for the month of June, featuring 6 dishes carefully matched to the flavours of each Four Pillars Gin variety. Let the good Gin flow! Whilst the Gin is flowing, the good vibes in the backyard will keep on going, with live music and DJs well into the afternoon. |

SUNDAY 30 JUNE 2PM - 3PM FREE REGISTRATION Taste your way through the current Four Pillars range as Gin ambassador Carmen Hartwich discusses the origins and secrets behind the making (and drinking) of Australia’s best-known Gin. Throughout this free Gin Master Class, we’ll delve into the wonderful world of Gin and discover the techniques and exotic botanicals used in production whilst experiencing the different flavours and quality of Gin. The best part? You’ll learn the best way to drink them, aided by tastings throughout the hour master class. That’s a fun Sunday afternoon right there. |
