2018 deserves to be welcomed with the utmost style, and the team at Aria have created an exceptional experience that includes an exclusive summer menu showcasing the refined seasonal produce and exquisite wines from their multi award-winning wine list.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Taittinger champagne before enjoying a sophisticated three-course menu (with five choices per course) for $165 per person, or $225 per person with matched wines.

Throughout the evening, renowned wine connoisseur and sommelier Ian Trinkle will pair wines for each course selected: sharing his expert insights that have earned him the title of best in the country at The Good Food Guide Awards in October of this year.
