5 course degustation featuring South American inspired dishes crafted by head chef Gerard Rodriquez.

His dishes will pay homage the culinary delights & traditions of South America matched with Incredible wines from Uruguay, Argentina & Chile to compliment each course.

Lucia Caldna from untapped wines will be joining us to present and discuss the wines, regions along with
​our own head sommelier Gavin Wraith.

  • If you are unable to attend the event, you will be given the opportunity to send someone else to participate on your behalf (at no additional cost) transfer of name request must be received 24 hours prior to the event.
