Brisbane! Get off your tatami beds and have your yakitori sticks at the ready because the city’s first Japanese Festival is kicking off at West Village this August.

Head to West Village on Saturday 19th August to celebrate all things ‘Japan’ with a massive selection of cuisine, dancing, food stalls, bars, and more! Learn from, and celebrate with a selection of Brisbane’s most influential Japanese personalities, representatives, artists, dancers and chefs.

Join us as West Village is transformed into a Japanese getaway complete with street food stalls, origami folding, Japanese drumming, dancing and so much more.  Enjoy stick after stick of yakitori, plates full of gyoza, bubble tea, karaage, and a selection of bento that even a sumo couldn’t tackle.
