Meet one of the Barossa Valley's most exciting young winemakers, Daniel Chaffey Hartwig at The Auburn Hotel on Tuesday, 4 July. Daniel Chaffey Hartwig is one half of the award-winning Chaffey Bros Wine Co duo. Daniel and his brother-in-law Theo Engela founded Chaffey Bros to champion the lost art of small batch blending and minimal intervention winemaking. Daniel will walk guests through each varietal and explain how the terroir influences each wine, and educate guests on food and wine pairing.
