Ticket Terms & Conditions: Movie tickets purchased via this Website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law. Seat and or space allocation for movie tickets purchased via this Website is on a "best available" basis and is carried out by venue staff prior to session times. By purchasing movie tickets via this Website you agree that: You will accept the seat allocated by The Common Man Restaurant & Bar to each ticket purchased; and The Common Man Restaurant & Bar has made no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat or section of the outdoor area. South Wharf Pop Up Out Door Cinema is an all weather outdoor event. All movies will be shown in the event of rain so make sure you are prepared and bring an umbrella and wet weather gear. If a session is cancelled we will provide all ticket holders notice via text message and email so be sure to enter your details correctly at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you no later than 3pm on the afternoon of the even. If your event is cancelled your ticket will be transferable to any other screening of this season pending availability. All of the movies shown are not recommended for viewing by persons under 15 without guidance from parents or guardians. The Common Man Restaurant & Bar is a licensed venue & persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All food and beverage at The South Wharf Pop Up Out Door Cinema is provided by The Common Man Restaurant & Bar. No external food or drink is permitted in any screening. |
